south florida folks

hi folks....
I will be spending some time in south FLA...this winter.
and at times may be free to wonder around the marinas and looking at the possibility of setting up winter quarters down there...
I would like to have any of you contact me by email...and give me some pointers...never had the chance to sail that area and if ask to go for a sail I promise to be a good deck hand/galley rat and carry my own weight...plus....
have some experience...sailing my own CD30C...but then all cape dory's
are good experiences....
