Spinsheet magazine and several other organizations are sponsoring a cruising rally in 2002, May 25 - June 3. Details are on p. 49 of the December Spinsheet. I have the paper version but can't find the same material at their website, www.spinsheet.com. Their phone is 410-216-9309.

Your timing is just a bit off. One of the events of the CDSOA's Cheseapeake Fleet this past July was a DelMarVa circumnavigation. You could have gone with a whole group of Cape Dorys! I don't know if they'll do it again in 2002, keep your eyes pealed to this Message Board or periodically check the <a href="http://www.toolworks.com/cdsoa/">CDSOA's website</a> for announcements regarding events.
Bud Menchey organized the DelMarVa circumnavigation for the CDSOA. He may be willing to share info with you. Anyway, here's some info on the <a href="http://www.toolworks.com/cdsoa/MDrendez ... .htm">2001 DelMarVa circumnavigation</a> including Bud's contact info.

Delmarva 400 and the NE 600 Rally
The actual link to the group forming the DelMarVa 400 Cruise is http://www.nautechenterprises.com/delmarva.html to be held toward the end of May 2002
They are also planning a NE 600 Rally from Annapolis MD to Camden ME for sometime near the end of June 2002
