1989 Cape Dory 30 mkII cutter for sale. Boat is docked in North Florida on the St Johns River. Well equipped for coastal or Bahamas cruising. Nice seasonal live aboard for 2 people. Full batten main on tides marine track. Most rigging has been replaced. Engine is the Westerbeke W21A. Propane stove and heater. Solar panels over bimini with wind generator. Dual autopilots. Little crane outboard hoist. Custom boarding ladder. New upholstery. Spare parts and hardware. Documented and registered as an antique vessel.
