considering Cape Dory project boat

Hi all,
I'm considering a Cape Dory project boat and looking for help in identifying if indeed this is a Cape Dory. I'll attach pics. I looked all over the boat and can't find a VIN or HIN or any ID. it's about 23' or up to 25' feet. Maybe someone knows how to measure them? From what point to what point? I can't find a visual match that has the same three similar windows on the side. Most everything else seems pretty Cape Dory ish. Help? Thanks
