The bulkhead compass I'm looking at for my CD 26 at comes in a vertical or inclined model.
How do I determine which one I need for my boat?

I don't have a CD26 and you didn't tell us what compass you are looking at but if you have a smart phone there are free apps that allow you to measure angles. It's an easy way to measure the angle of the bulkhead.
