Boat has been SOLD - 1981 Cape Dory Typhoon Weekender – Very Good condition – located in New England. Have had the boat for 5 years and is a pleasure to sail. Unfortunately, time has not afforded the opportunity to sail her recently, and it’s time to pass her to a new home. The boat has sailed in freshwater 90% of its life, been well cared for, clean interior/exterior, no soft spots, and a solid design. Ready to sail.

The boat is undercover at the moment. Plan to bring it out of storage and have the bottom freshly painted the first week of May.
I do not have any interior pictures, but can post some when out of storage. The interior is in excellent condition and can find no soft spots. I’ve seen several boats of this age and design and consider this boat to be very clean inside and out. No survey has been done of the core or deck.
