What is the correct packing size for stuffing box for CD25D?

Hi
It is time to replace the packing of my Cape Dory 25D. The shaft is 1”. Does anyone knows the correct size of the packing (seal)??

Just had my 25D shaft repacked this fall.

Used 3/16” GTU gore shaft packing
