CD28 hatch replacement

My hatch is original and in need of replacement. Who's taken this project on? Has anyone replaced the fixed window midship?

I replaced CC's forward Bomar this winter. Pretty straight forward. Just get all the old gunk off. Then fill holes as needed with Marine Tex. Drill and install with Sika 291 or similar.
