Poking around the boat today and found a storage box I hadn't seen before. "Spare Parts". Christmas in March.
It was mostly random Yanmar parts, and included a small list of parts and their corresponding #. Pretty straight forward. But I found these two items that I couldn't figure out. The black item is plastic and has what I assume are two electrical terminals. The item in the bag appears to be a pair of rubber gaskets/rings with thin metallic washers? No markings.
So, hive mind, what say you? Engine is a YSM8.
Also, let's ooh and ahh over that delightful original cushion cover. 1978 at it's best.

the gaskets look like Racor fuel filter gaskets.
