Length of Cape Dory 25 keel

Anybody know the length of the Cape Dory 25 keel/rudder? Is it the same length as the waterline?

The waterline length is 18’ and the draft is 3’. As you can see from this line drawing the underbody sweeps aft and down to the front of the keel and from the transom forward to the rudder and aft end of the keel. You can estimate the measurement you seek from the drawing but it is not an architects blueprint drawn to scale.

The length of a CD 25 keel is 86" and the rudder is another 23.
