1977 CAPE DORY 27 - Hull number 37 - "REMEDY"

Price reduced! Great value but looking to sell prior to winter storage fees kick in.

Good boat for sale. Used as a family cruiser over the past two seasons but has been out of the water since October 2019. Sails include (1) North Sails mainsail, (1) Shore Sails mainsail, and (2) Genoas for the Harnken roller-furler. Engine is original Yanmar YSB8 w/ unknown total hours. 12-gallon aluminum fuel tank. Interior: 2-burner alcohol stove, 24 gallon freshwater tank w/ pump to sink, manual head w/ 9-gallon holding tank, complete cushion set (including cockpit cushions). Also included is 8-ft Ocean Bird dinghy.
