Another sailing community loss

Patrick Childress passed away in South Africa of Covid a few days ago. They got caught up in quarantine and both got the virus. Rebecca recovered quickly I think. Patrick was hospitalized and on a ventilator. They have a popular YouTube channel. Patrick has circumnavigated multiple times. He and his wife Rebecca stopped in SA, he installed a diesel heater and rebuilt his rudder, both nobs well documented. Their videos are well done, Patrick always had good information and advice on boat maintenance and repair, and the sailing was very good as well.
