In 2016 Yankee remained on the hard all year while I recovered from a bad car crash that had left me something less than an "able-bodied" sailor. Boat US insurance adjusted my rates to reflect reduced exposure. I'm afraid I'll be going there again this year, for quite a different reason. Maryland has just today outlawed recreational boating. Sigh.

So sorry to hear of such short-sighted government interference! What better way to do social distancing AND maintain sanity than on a boat???
Our Florida governor has also posted a state-wide stay-at-home order starting tomorrow at mid-night... Fortunately, KAYLA is just across the street from our home and I reckon I can dodge the patrols to still sail!

I think you could define it as Therapeutic Sailing not recreational and just go sailing. Maybe you could get your doctor to write a prescription :?:

Scottish doctors are prescribing time in nature. #natureRx. Sailing counts.

Well there's some positive thinking! I'll just run that by the DNR (Maryland Dept of Natural Resources (marine police))!
