We are selling our 1982 Cape Dory 30' Cutter. It has been upgraded and well maintained for the 12 years we have owned her. It was repowered in 08 and the engine has 112 hours. The sails are all new. We believe this is a fair price given that it has been repowered with a new Beta Marine engine, everything replaced from the propeller to the exhaust. Also, all new sails. This boat has been exceptionally maintained and is definitely worth the price.
