Some notes on the pics:
There is no wheel. Clearwater is steered with a long, stout tiller. Just in case, there's an emergency backup tiller stored below in the main cabin.
There's a picture of the Captain giving his safety speech. It's a good idea to brief everyone who is new on board our little boats as to the location of life jackets, places that are safe to be and not so much, and the like. The speech is 100% safety related, not a mix of that and how much fun we're going to have.
The galley on Clearwater is quite efficient, and the cook prepares three meals a day for a crew of about 15. Note the spice rack and all the places to hang things... hooks and clothespins abound.
There's lots of music on board. The two guitars are resting on the volunteer bunks... three each port and starboard, under the transom.
