Thank you Bruce and Cathy for the great pictures of sailing Clearwater on the Hudson. And thank you Neil Gordon for organizing a really fun event. Even though we didn’t need to do the “Hudson River Gybe” ....the sun came out, the wind picked up and we got to sail a good old boat with good friends.

The number 1 question of those who wander down to the dock is "What are those fuzzy things?"
They're called baggywrinkles, and they keep the topping lifts from chafing the sail. (The two things we fight are chafe and friction, sort of a metaphor for life if you ask me!)
