Typhoon rigging

I recently found Typhoon #1523 and have really enjoyed sailing her around Norfolk, VA. One of the previous owners made several mods, planning to sail her from SC to Bermuda, I believe. If anyone has a Typhoon in pretty "stock" form I'd really appreciate any pics showing the deck areas and coach top, as well as a measurement for the placement of the original bronze outboard mount (hers seems too far to port and sits funny). Also, she still has the roller-reefing boom but the main has been fitted with slugs on top of the bolt rope on both the foot and the luff. I'd like to remove them and use the bolt rope as the luff slugs are a real pain and the lowest one is located right at the slot so it's not effective at all. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Asking a lot, but I figure the weather is keeping more folks inside so it could be a good time to talk sailing instead of actually going sailing (but I did get a couple of hours in yesterday!).

Also, if anyone has experience using the trailer tongue extension, I'd be interested to know how you attach it to the original. It could go inside the original if I remove the receiver but that doesn't seem very practical.
