I believe Peter Baumgartner's LONDON is still for sale in Salem, MA. Its a nice looking 27.

I have a 1982 CD 25D for sale. Completely refurbished with new Beta 14 engine. Complete list of upgrades on my posting. Presently the boat is under cover in boat shed awaiting bottom paint and hull polish and will be launched June 22nd. Located in Eliot Maine and will be moored in New Castle New Hampshire.

The boat is now on mooring in New Castle NH. Asking $19,500. I am taking a big loss as I have put $18,000 into the boat over last 5 years including new diesel and new stays and rigging and new chart plotter and radar. I will be placing the boat in the hands of a broker on July 18th as I am selling my home and moving south in the near future.
