Can anyone tell me how to adjust the idle speed on a Westerbeke 21a?

Here's a link to the Westerbeke 21A manual. Page 11 shows the throttle lever and two adjustment screws. The top one is the high speed
adjustment and the lower one the idle. - Good luck, Jean
