Tiller

After initial launch, it appears I may need a new tiller. I see ruddercraft has them specifically for a CD25. Question is, how is the tiller attached to the tiller/rudder "fork"? It looks like there are two blind pins/bolts/whatever. How to you remove these and replace these?
