Glad to hear you had a good experience with WM and have no doubt the overall WM experience is more positive than negative. I still avoid WM to whatever extent possible however, but living in Annapolis makes it easy to find alternative sources for marine items.
As far as the stove goes, we absolutely love it. We use the oven quite a bit as well. While I wish the ordering process went better, I am certain we picked the right stove for the boat. Can beat the installation process! Just hang it and start cooking!

We haven't- that sounds like a good idea though. I often think if we didn't appreciate the oven so much it would work well to have just the stove top and leave plenty of room for a yeti style cooler beneath. That would be considerably cheaper than that buying the full oven version too.

Yes, I can't imagine cruising without an oven. Cooking would be pretty basic
