Well Gang, I did it!! I ordered the first CD28 Builder's Plate for MOON CHILD!! Now there were more CD28s made than any other model, so I imagine some of you other CD28 owners are going to want a plate too. This is exciting and the investment casting which Bristol Bronze utilizes will give a better product than the sand casting Spartan did for Cape Dory 20-30 years ago! Roger also makes a neat desk set which has the Builder's Plate in the center between the two pens and would look distinguished on any Cape Dory owner's desk at home, the office or den.
Just thought I would post the info and can't wait to get the plate on MOON CHILD to replace the plastic original plate!
