Late model 1982 Cape Dory 28 with the teak interior, a Carl Alberg design. These are not very common in the West Coast. The interior, hull and the engine are in great shape. The boat was repowered in 2005. The deck could use some cosmetic work and it has a soft spot by the bow, and the rigging is showing its age. The mainsail is brand new from May 2017!

It came with a dodger and solar panels that are currently in storage but will be provided as well.

I am moving and cannot take it with me.

Summary: The hull is in good shape, no blisters. The mainsail is brand new. The engine works great (from 2005). Needing work: the rigging, parts of the deck, cosmetics.
