I removed the foam to wash the cover and now it is very hard to reinsert the foam.
Does anyone have any tips on reinserting foam ?
Also appreciate any tips on washing and removing mold from covers.
Thanks.

Large trash bags -- either over or around. Then slip them out.
Re: help reinsert foam berth cushion covers
Wrap the cushion in a dry cleaner bag and then hook up your shop vac to the cushion. It will shrink it right up insert into the cover and disconnect the hop vac. Sailrite sells plastic wrap to use instead of the dry cleaner bag.

+1 on using trash bags or dry cleaning bags.
I just cleaned all my foam rubber and cover...mostly...
Re cover cleaning...i soaked in a mixture of Woolite and good old , and cheap, Borax. White vinegar mixture could work, but would test it. Borax kills mold and freshens smell.
Just Google cleaning boat cushions...millions of posts out there
