Steve Laume's Newfoundland Adventure Update...
Bob, I am having a bit of trouble logging into the CD board but if you could let everybody know Raven and I are doing well I would appreciate it. We sailed 8 days straight off shore from Ct to St. Lawerence, NFDL about 850 nm. That included an over night anchorage on the back side of Sable Island. We ran along the south coast of NFDL and saw all sorts of magnificent mts and wildlife as well as meeting some of the freindliest people on the planet. I am now in Lewisburg, NS and will be working my way west before jumping back to Cape Cod.

Another update from Steve Laume (via Facebook Messenger):
Everything is going extremely well and I am having the time of my life. I am in Halifax right now and have been since Sat evening. What a great place to enjoy the holiday weekend. Today is a bit foggy drizzly and I needed food and beer so I will not be leaving here for Mahone Bay until tomorrow Then I just need to watch this pesky hurricane/TS and figure out when it seems safe to cross back over to Cape Cod. I wish it would just make up it's mind and get aq move on.

I'm a bit confused. Are we talking about Steve Laume or Bob Dugan?

I posted Steve's message!
My 1200nm Nova Scotia adventure was awesome... I had lots of help from Cape Dory folks getting the boat to/from Nova Scotia and my family and I enjoyed the coast and Cape Breton in particular.

Re: Steve Laume's Newfoundland Adventure Update...
Steve and Raven have returned safe and sound. He's in my slip right now. I'm off on a short cruise and he phoned me to ensure I wouldn't be returning while he is there. I'm sure he will provide some details and pictures as soon as he is settled. Good job, Steve!

Roberto,
You have said something when you were up here looking at Bob's CD25D, Hunky Dory...
I had KAYLA in the same marina back then.
