CD 270 Anchor question

Love our 270. Question, has anyone figured out a decent anchor launch and retrieval system. We carry a Rocna 10 anchor (22 lbs) and the only thing we can come up with is have the forward third of the anchor compartment lid cut and permanently glassed in to accommodate a bolt on anchor bow roller. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Larry
