I'm not sure how helpful this would be. For instance, the homeport of our boat, as indicated on her stern, is Rahway, NJ. You will never find her in Rahway. She winters at a boat yard in Morgan, NJ. And in the summer she's out cruising and can be found just about anywhere between NJ and Canada. While cruising we seldom, if ever, check email. And cell phone service, as well as WiFi hot spots, is spotty at best. So we would never update information regarding our current location and we certainly wouldn't do that online. (Don't want to tell the burglars that we're not home.)

Having said all that, during our summer cruises we have found Cape Dorys swinging from moorings or tied up at docks just about everywhere we've visited. Seldom is there anyone onboard. Keeping a copy of the CDSOA Membership Directory helps to identify some of these boats but not every CD owner is a CDSOA member.

Great photo of a rare CD flying some quite nice light air canvas. Beautiful.

As for the waypoint file. We can give you our mooring location, but we're off and about most of the summer. However, if anyone plans to visit Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia this summer (well worth the visit for some marvelous sailing), our mooring will be available to Cd owners from about July 1 through about September 30.
