Alden/alberg/hinckley

Post by adamganz »

Was poking around the old internet, as one does, and came across the Hinckley 21; an Alden design with Alberg as the draftsman. It's 21' at the waterline; roughly 28 overall. Great documentation. Now I know that one can find aspects of any two boats that seem similar, but I gotta say that the CD28 has a lot in common with this earlier creation.

To paraphrase the esteemed Neil Gordon.....Carl Alberg only ever designed one boat.....some were shorter, and some were longer than others.
Perhaps Neil will chime in and quote himself accurately :D

Wow, what a beauty! How much would you pay today for a 21-foot Hinckley, if the company made one?
