Does anyone use an Omnia Oven or Wonderpot for baking aboard. If so, with how much success?

I was unfamiliar with the Omnia so I checked out a website which included a video. It looks fine but a bit pricey.....what isn't :wink:
It's essentially a Dutch oven with an extra bottom flange to keep the direct flame from scorching the contents. In your everyday cast iron dutch oven (in a campfire situation) you don't have a direct flame to contend with, they go onto a bed of embers and therefore cook without scorching.
If you don't have an oven on the boat it seems like a neat solution. Hopefully the aluminum pan is on the thick side, although I didn't see any mention of a non-stick surface which would be helpful.

I use one aboard Rhapsody and seems to work pretty well. I do find that I need to rotate (flip) the bread products so both sides get cooked through and through.
