Looking for a seamstress for canvas work

I am just finishing up refurbishing my typhoon and am in need os someone to make some cushions and covers. Boat is located in Hessel Mi. I need some suggestions or people to do the work. Thanks

Hi Bruce,

Sorry I do not have the name of a good seamstress for you. I do know there is a canvass place in Cedarville, not sure if they do cushions. Many canvass places do however. You might also make them yourself. All you need is a sewing machine and the materials. It is not particularly difficult if you are patient. If you have the old ones you can use them as patterns, if not you make your own pattern with some pattern material. There is a good place to get foam in the Detroit area with competitive prices. They will quickly ship what you need. It saves quite a bit of money, although good materials are not cheap. You know what they say about getting it done right.
