A Memorial Day Cape Dory Weekend

Post by Paul D. »

Well because I'm not out at the boat this weekend due to other responsibilities I will get my boat fix by posting a few photos of a lovely weekend last month. The first of the season, this sail took us to Raspberry Island in the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. Our friend Hugo and his daughter joined us for a fun day with fluky winds but plenty of sun and sand. We hiked to the lighthouse, had a beer and motored back in a calm. There was brightwork to be done the next day!
