Cape Dory 27 for Sale in Larchmont NY

We are selling our 1980 Cape Dory 27. She is stored/winterized in a boat yard after missing last season, and we won't be able to put her in the water again this season. She was re-powered in 2005 with a 18HP Westerbeke which has been very reliable. We've made improvements over the years including:
- New North/Cruising Direct sails in 2008
- New Halyards and sheets
- New Origo stove
- New holding tank
- New VHF radio
- New hand bilge pump
- New windex
She is fully equipped: cockpit cushions, swimming latter, 2 anchors with line etc., fenders and docking lines, CD/Radio, GPS, compass, head with holding tank, shore power set-up, roller-furling, electric bilge pump, miscellaneous hardware. Old varnish has been removed but not reapplied, so you could either keep the exterior teak unfinished, or varnish, cetol or oil as you wish. There are a number of items that need repair (mast-head and foredeck light, depth and speed meters that work intermittently due to age) but all-in-all a solid, well-maintained boat. We are working on getting some photos together but also happy to answer questions or entertain a visit in the meantime. We are asking $10k.
