30' Cape Dory Cutter in Wrightsville Beach NC For Sale

Hello, I am selling my 1982 30' Cape Dory Cutter, located in Wrightsville Beach NC, she is in excellent shape, wheel steering, autopilot, gps, roller furling, newer cushions and beautiful interior extremely well kept. New bottom in Feb 2014 and cleaned monthly. Sails are in great shape and I have a bunch of extra goodies to go with her. All that is wrong is the teak is going and needs to be redone and I have 3 cabin lights that don't work. She has a Force 10 Cabin heater and full galley. She has a nice bimini and dodger and the cockpit can be fully enclosed, I have all the zip ins for this, Feel free to call or email me 910-262-3399
