During a recent transit of my CD27 over the road I seem to have lost the bronze dorade vent on the cabin house (or perhaps it found a new home???) Does anyone know where I can get another one of these?

Clay:
West offers them in bronze/brass or chrome. ABI makes them, as do others. The key will be if you want to use the same screw in base. Maybe the name is on this base and you can trace it from there. While a new one will have a base, it would keep you from re-cutting the hole potentially, by getting the same brand. Original equipment was Nicro plastic.

Re: Bronze dorade box vent
What size? I have a couple of old 2.5 inch diameter bronze cowl units left over from my ventilation upgrade (I went to 4 inch vents for my 36). 2.5 inch units do not pass as much air as would be desired, but if that is what you already have and just need a replacement, then send me an e-mail.
The 4 inch units that I bought were from West Marine.
