CD 25 Mast parts

I have just acquired a 1976 CD25. The mast was stripped of all parts except a winch and spreader brackets. I need some help please with these following questions:
How long are the spreaders?
Are the halyards internal?
What size line should be used for the halyards/
What all is on the masthead?
I appreciate the help as I get this full restoration going. I am sure I will have plenty more questions.

Rig rite and Dwyer are sources for replacement parts for cd masts.halyards are external 3/8?
My mast is having new sheaves installed I will let you know where and what vendor when completed.
Nice to know someone is keeping another CD from the 'boneyard'

I too will be interested in what to purchase for the sheaves on the 1975 #239 which I am looking to do a major refit on. It had been neglected, and needs a lot of help. The list of work is long.

I have his 4 page brochure and pricing sheet of his black acetal(Delrin) sheaves that my mooring neighbor gave me. He was happy with the product when he replaced his sheaves a few years ago on his 25 CD. If you want me to copy the brochure send me a address here or pm

Just got the bill from my boat hauler
They just cleaned and reassemble the sheaves and put the correct length bolts that were binding the sheaves
Maybe you do not have to replace the sheaves?
