I have a 1982 CD 33' in Puerto Rico and it is in near immaculate condition (sun has taken a little bit of the varnish off the wood). I expect to be transferring to the Wash DC area w/i the next 6 months and may decide to sell the boat. Let me know if this is something you might want to explore.
