MD7A Fluid Levels

Post by moctrams »

I had a label engraved for my old Volvo MD-7A. I don’t need it any longer since I upgraded to a new Beta. If anyone wants it “FREE”, send me an e-mail with your address and I will mail it to you.

Great idea with the fluid levels plate in the engine room.

While not as elegant as the engraved plate I have written the wrench sizes for the transmission oil fill and the heat exchanger zinc on the inside of the engine compartment, with a sharpie marker. This way I can select the correct wrench size without relying on my memory before I climb in over the top of the engine.

I will add the oil grades and capacities after seeing this post, Steve.

....And he did! I returned after a long weekend, and there it was in the mail. What a kind gesture. Thank you very much, moctrams.
