1979 CD 27 for sale or swap?

This 1979 CD 27 (hull #139) is in excellent shape, as the specifics below indicate. New engine, new head, new sails, etc. In Maine, I undertook a complete overhaul and have enjoyed care-free subsequent sailing. But now it’s time to move on. Asking price, $21,500.
Also, I will consider a partial swap with anyone with a Typhoon that is also in excellent shape and preferably with a trailer. Asking price for Marie Rose, $21,500. Specifics:
