I have an original Cape Dory 10 for sale. The title says 1962. Maybe a typo. The first built were 1964 per Wikipedia. I have the sail, centerboard, seats are original. I use the boat with a 3hp evinrude. Boat has been kept up and I would say its in good shape. A little TLC and you can have a relic. $1200. 941-626-5079 Rich
