Bronze Diesel Cap

Post by Keith »

Hi All, I'm looking for a bronze diesel cap for my 1980 30C. Used would be great or point me in the direction of someone that carries new. All I can find out there for new is SS of chrome plated steel.

Keith, you might try Bacon's in Annapolis, MD for a used one. I imagine that you probably have 1.5" threaded plug. Also, Spartan Marine can probably sell you a new one directly.

Bob thanks I'll give them a try. Yes, I think it is 1 1/2" but I should confirm first

Also try Don's Marine Salvage, Clearwater, FL. It is the largest salvage company I have ever seen. Bacon's, in Annapolis would fit in a room of one of their buildings.
