How to navigate the message board....forum view (part 1)

As on the message board's index page, once you've clicked on the link for the discussion forum that you want to visit, you'll find the board's navigation bar at the very top of the page (it's not shown in the image below, but you can just scroll to the top of this page to see it). It contains 13 icons/links to other pages on this web site as well as a few others that aren't.

Below the navigation bar you find the navigation banner. The next set of items related to board navigation can be found about an inch below the navigation banner and I'm calling them the board's navigation tools -- all the same stuff that you saw on the board's index page.

Note the message board's navigation menu which indicates you location on the message board.

I already mentioned the "View unread posts" and "View new posts" in the message thread about the index page. Don't forget about them, they can be useful.

Again, pay attention to your location and you won't have any trouble finding your way around. And you've got two quick, easy ways to get back to the board's index page -- first, scroll to the top of the page and click on the "Discussion Forums" icon/link in the board's navigation banner; or 2, just click on the "Board index" link located in the board's navigation menu (directly beneath the nav tools).
