Hello All,
I am in the process of refurbishing a hurricane damaged boat and I need to replace the running rigging. Can anyone tell me the length and size line needed to replace the main halyard, jib halyard, and spinaker halyard?
There are many other things I need, but this will do for now. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi sonny.3/8th sta set for the main and headsail.I would guess5/16 or 1/4 for the spinnaker. I to had the same question this spring and Steve(cd25 Elan) send me to Milwaukee Rigging at Ebay. They had some nice deals complete with eye splice and shackle. They only at the time had 80 ft lengths made up for sale but it was $65 shipped way cheaper than to have one made up at West Marine. Make sure you use a messager line when you replace.Cape dory specs can be seen if you search the index. good luck pete
