I have used Peter Hartoff. He will write a "book".

Try Howell Marine Inc, in Annapolis, MD. John Howell surveyed my boat and my friends boat. He did a great job on both. He has been a surveyor for many years and is a sailor too.

He knows Cape Dorys. As I stripped my boat to the bare hull I can attest that he didn't miss a thing--delaminated core, mast corrosion, wiring and engine issues, etc. He is aware of and understands the mixed metal issues unique to CDs.
