MD11-C replacement-info needed

In prep for crossing the Atlantic next spring I am looking at the option of replacing my aging (but newly rebuilt)MD11-C with a new powerplant.

If anyone has gone through this on a CD-33, I'd like to chat with you about your choice of engine, pitfalls and outcome.
