Cape Dory 10 For Sale

Hello: I have a Cape Dory 10 for sale in the Atlanta, Georgia area. It needs refurbishing but has been stored indoors for much of its life and was never abused. My family has had it for 25 plus years. It has the sail rig, a Seagull motor, and trailer, and some original documentation. It has not sailed for many years, so I am not sure how well the motor, etc. works. Please let me know if you are interested, and I will send some pictures and additional information.
