Just make sure it has a TIN number. I managed to acquire one that somehow got out of the factory without the TIN and it turned into a real pain in the ass.

Tires

Post by shavdog »

Make sure you understand tires and the differences in grading....The tires put on my trailer were undersized for the weight of the boat and contents...cost me 1700 dollars in roadside assistance bills to get my boat home.....I would study up on this..its not complicated but very important if you plan on any distance trips..

I got a new Triad Trailer this spring. Bottom line - it's great! Well made, pulls like a champ and the boat fit it like a glove. He was a pleasure to deal with too.

I got the upgraded axles and brakes and don't regret the decision.

Enjoy!

A little over $5k. I got a liftoff model with upgraded suspension, disc brakes, ladder, LED lights, and spare tire.

Mike also hooked me up with a combined delivery to CT (we were in RI) at the time--I split the transportation costs with another guy and ended up getting it delivered to a marina 2hrs from my house for ~ $400...couldn't have gone and picked it up in NC for that.

Great trailer from a great company.
