Cape Dory 27 for sale

My 1981 Cape Dory 27 is for sale. It has been a great boat and has numerous upgrades. I am looking to move up to a larger sailboat. I have owned and sailed "Jerezana" for nine years and keep it moored in Belfast, Maine. At the present time the boat is stored indoors at Mid Coast Marine, Winterport, Maine on the Penobscot River.
