If you want something a wee bit larger, there's a person in my marina selling a CD25 for $3300 (or probably less if you make an offer). It's in Melbourne, Florida.

I do NOT see many 22's for sale. I have one up here in NH.
It is a great large day sailor for two or three people... also single hands nicely.
When I think of moving up to a 27, I remember the added work and expense of not keeping it simple.
One sold here last month for $8500.

Actually saw her on my deadline day, and loved her immediately.

Should be sailing her 60 miles South to Herring Bay in the next 3 weeks, weather and work dependent.
