Just found this the other day.

You will find a 1985 Typhoon Senior for sale for $4700.

A little far - but maybe you could trailer it back.

There's a CD 22 in Oriental at Triton Yacht Sales. We'll be looking at it the first week of June if it is still there. If it looks like we are interested, we'll have our typhoon on the market in SC.
