CD25 For Sale, 1975, w/inflatable - $5,500

We have decided to sell our beloved Chang Ho because we recently moved inland. She can be seen in Marblehead, MA. Her overall condition is very good.

Motor, sails, running rigging:
• 9.9 hp Yamaha 4-stroke with high thrust prop and electric start (sells new for $3,300).
• Full batten main (with reefing points and cover) in good condition; a bungee cord w/hooks running the length of the boom makes for easy/quick furling.
• 135% jib in good condition, with Furlex roller furling.
• Newer stays, lifelines, halyards, and sheets.

Hull, topsides, deck, and bottom in good condition:
• Deck is solid throughout with no soft spots; minor blistering in one very small area on the hull.
• All running lights work.
• Teak brightwork sanded to bare wood and Cetol.
• Custom teak cockpit sole and motor cover.
• Few minor dings in the hull, and minimal stains near the waterline, none of which can be easily seen unless you’re up pretty close.
• The latch on the starboard cockpit seat cover needs to be replaced.

Cabin:
• The interior was modified by removing the starboard panel that separates the cabin from the fo’c’sle (this opens up the cabin), replacing the wet locker with a food locker.
• Bunks convert to a queen-sized bed with custom cushions, which double as back rests.
• All cabin cushions in excellent condition.
• All cabin lights work except for one, which needs a bulb.
• The forward hatch support arm is missing.

Extras:
• Serviceable dodger and cockpit sun shade.
• Bulkhead-mounted depth sounder & compass, swim ladder, porta potty, VHF radio and antenna, 2 deep-cycle 12v batteries, Magma grill, and LPG marine stove, companionway and forward hatch screens, extra 13-gal. fuel tank and Raytheon autopilot, two Danforth anchors with rode, electric Rule and manual bilge pumps.
• West Marine Zodiac RU260 8'6" inflatable dingy in good condition.
